Melee attack from nude skin is strong enough, from four hits to defeat a goblin, to just three hits to defeat one, maybe try use all the bombs?

Yeah the health regen is kinda useless if it can't regen higher than the damage caused by the mob.
But then if it regens higher than the damage received that would be too OP. That would negatively affect the gameplay experience.
Maybe higher regen according to number of mobs Hailey having sex with? like having sex with 2 skeletons = 2x regen? and 4 goblins = 4x regen? If have sex with threesome or below of mobs, the net regen will be negative, and vice versa if the number of mobs having sex with is more than threesome?
