It'll be possible! For now some of the npc scenes are chosen by the patreon polls, so the majority of them are MC sub. But I'm planning for MC top scenes to come, it'll be in a different scenario though~

heh~ I don't think there's like a fully top/bottom path, but you can skip any scenes, and maybe some dialogues will change depending on your choices~
