Having a range is important, they need to stand apart and stand out, on that I agree a lot. Your design process for this uses plenty of logic, which is something I really apricate, so that you have a guideline for writing and spiriting the character. My dad struggles with short and long but not medium term memory, but unfortunately is more towards the annoying side, because he forgets to make reminders. I do have ADD as well/rather and it more expresses my easily distracted ("Canine" exactable mannerisms). Right now I may be judging too soon, but I feel like he is my 3rd pick of the 6 right now, so its prone to change.
