Your proposed modifications sound okay, just be sure that your new levels are very unique from each other, that you explicitly state where you got your new graphics from (either created by you or give proper credit to where you obtained them from online), and that if you are not creating them yourself that you reskin the vast majority of the game to match your new theme.
