Your proposed modifications sound okay, just make sure that your new level is very unique from the tutorial levels, that you create the new graphical elements yourself or otherwise reskin the entire game and give proper credit to where you got the graphics from, and that your UI modifications are more than simple color swaps or other very small changes.
