I am on windows 11 and when it crashes, I don't get an error message. and i just want to say i love your games.

Ah, that may be the reason then. For awhile now, UE4 games seem to have trouble launching on most Windows 11 PCs since it's a newer OS. It's not something I can fix, hoping the problem eventually gets resolved with a future update to Windows 11.

and I was on windows 10 and it was still crashing?

It should work on Windows 10. If there isn't an error message or something for me to go off of, I can't be of much help.

we are running windows 11. And I just had the geek squad update the drivers. They can't find anything wrong with the pc. and have you thought about putting the game on steam?

Ah yeah, I assumed there was nothing wrong with your computer since it's the Windows 11 OS not fully supporting Unreal Engine games yet, which causes the crashing issues to occur for most users from what I've heard in the past. As for Steam, I can't release fangames onto Steam since it's treading too closely in a legally grey area. I do plan on releasing my original paid games onto Steam as time goes on tho!
