Lona probably weighs 90lbs at most. I could literally hammer press her with one hand. She stands little chance against most opponents unless she is well armed and takes them on smartly.
Though I would say that Cecily's body is 20% boobs.
Milo said she regularly practiced HEMA and is probably very wiry and strong for her size. That being said. I'd hardly call her frame "suited for combat"
