I see well make sure that the update indicator in your game details thing doesn't indicate you update the game (which in reality you didn't, yet) and let me hope the next version will have my suggestions like
the player naked from the beginning with no underwear so that it is possible that prisoners get naked (including the princess) just in case they don't have something to escape
after the player escapes from the cell through the seduction technique they must first find each pieces of clothes around the castle to collect , then rescue the princess while also picking up some clothes for her to wear before they escape.
and have the guards (both male and female)after they undress including the player will get naked in the interaction cutscene box.
By the way I have a thought what if during a prologue scene before the knight is about to rescue the princess a stranger probably a witch gives the hero a potion which would help him resolve the conflicts and after he drank it, he feels strange but different, the stranger laugh and claimed that he will find out soon.
And then in the first part of the game when you first activate the sex change this is when the protagonist realize he gains the ability to switch genders,waht do you think?
