There is a bug where this is floating then another bug in the school where I enter it it says error and I cannot level up seika for some reason help.....

I've been trying to fix why the movie in android won't show. Does any H-Scene can be shown at all while the dialogue is happening?

You can go to your computer, open up developer tools, and click Hide All Screens. That should be a temporary fix. I will release a hotfix soon

Take a nap in the evening, in your bedroom in Fort Anewl, she should not be deployed or returning from a mission
