Hey, I don't see any purchases associated with your account! Verifying your e-mail (by clicking the link to the e-mail we sent you on sign-up) will automatically associate past purchases with that e-mail to your account.
Once that's done, can you give us a bit more info on how exactly it fails to download? What browser are you using to download? (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, etc.?). Could you post a screenshot of what you see when it fails?
