The most recent update wont update the app on Android. Says "app not installed." Any fixes?

The problem is renpy, not CoR, has been updated and you need to do a clean install, remember to back up your saves

So sorry but gonna ask a noob question here how do I back up my saves

Go to Android/Data/com.zimon.chamoionofrealms/files and copy the save folder

If you are on Android 11 or greater and you cannot see this file, you will need to download a file manager from the app store that has been updated to support the new permissions introduced in that version. (Zarchive is known to work)

So I finally got around to doing a clean install, and it's stuck at "Installing..." and never finishes. This is the only game that has this issue, unfortunately. I've tried removing the APK and redownloading it and such as well.

Oddly installing it from your patron worked fine. A site issue maybe?
