How to find the witch at the field ?
You can find her by travelling to "East East North". However you need to start the side-story first to find her location, so you need to head to the bar and talk to the barkeeper.
Note: She's only available in the morning, afternoon and the evening.

"East East North", with spaces all three of those and case sensitive?
