I remember being able to move freely through Gold Town after a certain point, but now I have to navigate town using the guard captain again, and I can't seem to find the alley. Is there some sort of bug?
Nope. Once you unlock fast travel you can go anywhere (using the map). The alley can only be accessed if you have the pee fetish enabled.
