To access to the PDFs (PDFs are a file format that makes reading and archiving easier) you click "download now" and choose which chapter you'd like to check out and download. (If you don't wanna pay for the comic, you select "no thanks take me to downloads" at that pop-up)
If that's too complex though, you can read the comic via online readers that are listed on this page, Tapas or Webtoons.
It's all very straight forward (I promise) but if you can't figure out how to read it from Tapas or Webtoons I... don't think there's much I can do to help you, I'm sorry! But, also I would then suspect you are too young to read this comic. (It's recommended for folks who are late teens at LEAST and deals with some mature themes) Since most of this stuff is pretty standard fair for Itchio / comic reading online! :)
