I checked the original site of the game to download it, WHERES THA GAME?!? Dude, i saw the trailer, the soundtrack is the best, and yet there is no game??? Dude, uncool.

As of today, George (One of the designers) got in contact with me in February by email and he said that Isometric Epilepsy became Vectronom, so basically, Vectronom is Isometric Epilepsy, there is no unfinished build of Isometric Epilepsy, and don't get your hopes up if you think there's an archive, cause there isn't.
