There's an end screen that plays when everything is shredded.
Either you might have left some papers on the coloured trays (you can pick them back up) or its more likely that it bugged :') sorry about that.
o yeah got it after replaying, i think the "im going to shred everything" message interrupted the "im going home" one or something
poor hedgehog got doomed to sit at that desk forever
Oh no haha ^^ no you've said it I realise that totally could happen, and probably pretty frequently -_-
