One thing I realized is that I made the mistake of having the attack damage check instantly, instead of timed up with the attack animation which seems to make it feel laggy and unreliable. Wish I had spent a bit more time early on flushing this mechanic out because combat is such a core feature of the game. Another thing I learned is to test your web builds early and often because they can perform much differently compared to your native builds.
