So, before I spend the time playing this, will the FMC be having "relations" with multiple dudes ? or just the one.
If just one, I'll give it a shot, if multiple, I'll just move on to something else.

It is up to the player to decide. The MC will choose if she stays loyal to her boyfriend, dumps him and moves onto another guy, or has multiple concurrent relationships.
This will be in future updates too. Currently, the existing boyfriend is the only love interest
