So, is there a theme?

Seeing how there is no theme other than color I think it should just be a project with colorful artwork.  If I'm mistaken someone let me know, but I'm already working on a game with a bright pallet that I didn't finish in time for another jam that I will hopefully enter here if it gets finished in time.

I was also going to just make something vibrant and joyous. Have fun ya'll.
