There was solutions to what you brought up. This was not a bug.

Thats why I wrote: Not that I have conquered any bugs or crashes but the game is not very intuitive.
But in the meantime I conquered a game breaking bug anyway. In the walkthrough it says:
RESTROOM SCENE
Walk into middle of the scene until you trigger creature in toilet to pop out Use hand icon on rooter to take rooters head
But after the creature appeared and disappeared, I'm not able to take rooters head. I trried several resolutions and quality settings because of your email in which you wrote that resolutions over 1080p could cause problems.
I left the restroom, walked to the escape pods and there it was no problem to take of rooters head. So I tried to went back to the restroom with rooters head in the inventory but guess what happened. Rooters head went back to his body while it still should have been in my inventory. I never put it back. And of course, in the restroom I wasn't habe to take rooters head (again).
Oh my god. I got it solved. You cant simply take rooters head anywhere on the screen. You'll have to position yourself closely and precise which is not an easy taks because rooter is also walking around with you. Another example why this game is not very intuitive. You'll have to stand behind it. I wasn't able to take the head when I stood before him.
Again nothing what you may call a bug buts lets be honest: This really is not a good game design and has nothing to do with wrong resolutions.
