Okay so, once Ayane and Seika reaches level 3, you need to progress through main story chapter 2 cause there you will be able to progress but however I should've add a reminder that you should progress first. And the brown hair dude you will need Seika and Ayane to be level 3 before progressing, and the bug you mentioned that you can't use the bed to wait for Seika I think it was "I should get ready", that bug was in 0.13 and the fix was initiated in 0.14.
Although there might be a problem cause I accidentally deleted the rpyc files around 0.14 which could be a problem for future saved files I haven't got to know what kind of problem would cause.
