If anything I am criticizing myself for biases I may have, as to inform you and acknowledge I may be being a bit unfair. This stands to help myself and you/team to process how I am perceiving things and what faults or flaws there may be in my logic, as well as how it may shift over time. I try to be open minded and try to balance conservative and liberal views, too much of either is where issues may arise from. I look to it a, if its not hurting anyone/anything, and those who are involved are in agreement, there is no reason to make a big fuss over it. Those who are overly judgmental will make an issue out the smallest things. Something I wish more would realize, as too much negativity helps none.
