I'll repost my comment to him to ensure you also see it. A lot of errors on Mac's come from permissions issues, so the first two things to try are to either move the game folder into your "applications" folder and then run it, or assign read/write permissions to the game folder manually, this link should help. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/mchlp1203/mac You might need to select a different OS version for that link, I think the instructions default to Monterery 12. Let me know if neither of those work, and I can see if there are any other possible solutions.

Thank you so much for the reply Sticky!! Putting the app into the “apps” folder did the trick (though sometimes it black screens and soft crashes on startup. Just retrying resolves it).

I wanted to ask, will there ever be an option in-game to fully transition to being female? I love this game because I get to vicariously transition without being degraded by the game itself, and being able to become a girl fully would be incredible. Thank you!!
The fourth dungeon in the game features a full transformation to female, but otherwise the player keeps their penis throughout the game. Having the possibility of being female in scenes just adds too much extra work to each scene, as every mention of the players penis would need an alternate version.
