Has anyone previously posted about issues collecting "Danny's Corpse" in Lexi's storyline on Android?

It never gets picked up for me. I've played through the Lexi story 4 times thinking I was doing something wrong or needed to get something special but I can't progress any further with her. I know there's a way to add it with console commands on PC but no dice on Android unless I want to use TeamViewer and another computer. Any assistance would be awesome, please.
