I am still stuck at this puzzle, I have not noticed any increase in the time till the crystals reset, (are we increasing in milliseconds?) though I have made some progress - I even got as far as the blue button (once), can't we just have a cheat button? I fear for my keyboard, touchpad and sanity. I have completed allthe updates but this mean i cannot complete the marriage for Sandra and blocks an achievement. I've given it the old college try, but enough is enough.
You could try to go on the red button to activate it, press enter to de-activate it, then go off the button and back on it to repeat the process. Do that a bunch of times, to increase the time between resets faster than by trying the riddle each time. The increase is little, so you need quite a few resets before there is a big difference.
When you get to the blue button, go back down immediately. If you go to the chest or try to go out of the room towards the north, you have to re-do the previous steps again.
EDIT: Going out of the dungeon and back into it resets the timer, and therefore all increase to it. You have to stay in the dungeon to keep the increased time.
I didn't add an option for the riddle key in this dungeon, as it seemed like a waste of one of those cheat items to skip the riddle, since it's not a matter of figuring out a riddle, but that you just have to find the right route and move through it quickly. But I might underestimate how hard it is for people that insist on playing with a touchpad, so I consider to add that option in a future update.

I was leaving the dungeon to click the middle switch in the maze (I thought that was how to increase the time, for a reason I can't remember) I will do as you say, and I'm sure I can complete the first puzzle, only nine more to go. Thanks so much for the clarification. I am stuck with the touchpad rather than a mouse, But Thanks for the help and delivering it so quickly. No, that is why I mentioned that you have to go down immediately after pressing the blue button. The green crystal is removed by the green button, but you have to go to the blue button and back out of the room before the timer for the green crystal is over and it re-appears.
Btw, I forgot to mention before, but the increased timer is per button. So if the green crystal is an issue for you, you need to press the green button a bunch to make the timer longer.

Hi Ryen just a quick note to confirm I was able to complete the first puzzle in the brexeet isle series, and get the marriage to Sandra to unlock the achievement Polygamy. Thanks for your help with this, without your guidance I'd probably still be trying to get by those crystals, probably the red one. All the best to you and your excellent game.
