No, that is why I mentioned that you have to go down immediately after pressing the blue button. The green crystal is removed by the green button, but you have to go to the blue button and back out of the room before the timer for the green crystal is over and it re-appears.
Btw, I forgot to mention before, but the increased timer is per button. So if the green crystal is an issue for you, you need to press the green button a bunch to make the timer longer.

Hi Ryen just a quick note to confirm I was able to complete the first puzzle in the brexeet isle series, and get the marriage to Sandra to unlock the achievement Polygamy. Thanks for your help with this, without your guidance I'd probably still be trying to get by those crystals, probably the red one. All the best to you and your excellent game.
