This definitely seems like a good proof of concept.
10 minutes with the current content in game seems a little long but with some minor tweeks on the proof of concept i think it could be a bit more interesting.
Lets say the game takes place over the coarse of say a work week so 5 days (you could add weekend or after work activities if you wanted potentially for patreon).
Day 1 starts off rather easy as she hasn't built up the reputation yet and is a fairly productive worker. She gets say a guy and later his friend group, a handful of messages that hold minor amounts of meaning for that day but that's it, and an introduction to a fast forward button with varying speeds, further productivity can fil up quicker and stay full for longer with an easier report(this is effectively a tutorial day)
Day 2 might be comparably active to this demo but she starts planning how to satisfy different men faster as she services more men (a man that mentions her breasts is satisfied just playing with them while a group might use all her holes if she's willing at this point maybe that doesn't unlock till later) the work day is fairly straight forward and not too difficult
day 3 might be more difficult than this demo if one doesn't use targeted servicing towards the men/women? that come to see her and she might receive a message of a noise complaint towards the end of the day
day 4 might have hr come to check on her if an introduced noise meter gets too high good thing she's grabbed a gag for when shes not servicing someone with her mouth
day 5 might be a meeting day where her coworkers smuggled her into the meeting room under the table and now she is supposed to get them off without the stickler of a boss figuring anything out
you might include breaks to either allow her to take after her health or service a que of men that are waiting on her
maybe theres an indicator as to how long a man will wait for her before getting tired of waiting and taking her away from the desk to fuck
