For this, you have to submit BEFORE the timer is up, but I'm happy for people to update their submissions after the timer is up. This isn't a ranked contest or anything, so I'm not so strict.
I've extended the deadline by an extra day, since Halloween ended earlier in my timezone, so the end of the jam seemed to have snuck up on a lot of people.
