Hi, I answer this question every day since I created QGO and the answer is always the same :-D
This is not possible. This is how Android work. ADB can't survive on reboot. And our headsets are on Android 10 with limitation.

There are no workaround. Si is the same for ADB and all our smartphones, watch and tablets etc. It required a physical USB connection every time ADB service is killed to wake up it.
But, you can do this with Bugjaeger and SideQuest mobile app if you have an Android smartphone as described in this devlog. You also can keep your headset in standby mode.
