I liked the healing spots and enjoyed the core gameplay, but some aspects made it feel cheap:
  • The camera permanently shifted to the right makes it more difficult to anticipate enemies to the left, which didn't seem to make sense in this game.
  • Only being able to attack above the waist when ghosts are often lingering below the waist.
  • Ghosts suddenly appearing very close to me, and gathering into very large groups.
  • Jump is maybe too floaty.

I love the graphics, though the non-integer non-interpolated scaling makes the pixel art look kinda choppy. The music was great until it got to the part where there are a lot of stuck notes.
