Yes, Honey Select and all of its assets are under copyright. And yes, I've asked if I can use them. And yes, they said it's okay.
Because I'm not selling anything, only asking for support to develop the game, this is all completely legal. I've contacted Fakku and asked if this is all okay, and they said yes. I offered to buy a license, and they said they don't have any. They really don't care.
Did you know there's a program on Honey Select called "NEO"? It's a program that the devs specifically developed for you to make your own scenes, it even allows you to take your own pictures. They developed a whole program to allow people like me to do this.
Please, if you have any more questions, think about them first, then ask. I'll be happy to answer them.

Thank. but i don't do anything wrong, because you don't mention anything credits, so for me it was right post this.
I know maybe i was rough, but it wasn't only my error. You don't be clear on your source for the start, infact we are here to talk about of plus and minus.
And remember sometime there are people who recognize they error, and dont do for make hurt or more.
