I really think this needs more time. I only found this visual novel right now and I'd love to support it, but it seems I'm too late.
2 months is really short. I've seen devs leave the kickstarters open for more than half a year, and sometimes the kickstarter fails the first time so they repeat it. It's often because it takes time for people to even find the game.
I don't mean to criticize and I apologize if it comes out that way, but I think you gave up too early, and you didn't leave enough time for the funding to be successful.
