That was suitably unsettling! Atmosphere is exactly perfect, right down to that synth horror soundtrack.
A couple things I'm not sure about:
- How does magic work? do I just get upgrades at a steady rate? If so, what does the second one do?
- Do those bugs do anything besides make everything red and wobbly?
- Did you mean "kill all living things"?
