So in the second dungeon after choosing to get corrupted I did not gain the depravity points, am I suppossed to do something else?

It looks like I somehow completely forgot to add in any of the stat changes for that event, which is almost impressive in how stupid it is. Anyways, I've fixed it now, and you should be able to get the stats with your current save by using the "Fix D2 Corruption Not Working" option with the debug key item, after downloading the latest patch. Thanks for reporting that.
