I don't have any exact dates, but this project/game should be near version 1.0 by the end of this year (and by that I mean it should be in the beta or prerelease phase of development at that point), if V1.0 had not been already released before then. And like with BFNS Remastered, post version 1.0 updates (V1.1, V1.2, etc) are planned.
