My logbook says to hang out with Cassie and Alissa but idk where to go from there
Take a Shower, Sleep, and Change Cassie's clothes over and over.
Then look for Alissa doing Bandit stuff right outside the Safehouse.
I did all that and it still says to hang out with them. It's either a bug or I'm missing something.
capture the bandit when cassie is home then repeatidly change cassie's clothes. that should do it

How do I get that option to come up?
Make Alissa give up on Bandito, afterwards speak to Cassie about finding Alissa a job.
You need to get Alissa to interrupt you and Cassie 3 times! The one most people miss is having to annoy Cassie (make her change clothes a lot. She can't be pregnant for this.)
