it does not have a graphic card :(
oof :/ well that explains the 10fps. Your laptop probably has an integrated graphics card in its CPU. But that probably is not enough to run a 3D game at 60fps.
I can run it with a solid 60fps on my laptop that doesn't have a graphics card
