Only fair to give an update:
The issue has been resolved by support. Apparently a "hiccup" in the system didn't attach my email to my purchase (despite me originally getting an email from them?). Anyway, 3 days of email later I have a Steam key.
I have the same problem as you. Seems this 'hiccup' still exists.
