Hey there! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. There's one other thing we could try: With the font installed, open the game's directory. Instead of clicking on the Launcher.exe, navigate to the bin-directory and open the Game.exe. Hopefully, this will start the game for you.
I'm very sorry. There are some issues with RPG Maker XP on Windows 10, which is also why the next release uses the MV iteration of RPG Maker.
