Your goal is in the top-right (North East) of the area. When your heat exposure is getting too high, look for dark and shady areas. Make sure to walk around a bit in the shady areas, until Grove is cool once again.

The places that look like they're shaded...? The house, the valley, down in the caves. Y'know, places like that.
