Hi I have a question. If I buy the "basic tier" at 3$, do I get access to the early version forever or do I have to pay for it every month?

Every month, a new build is made and that becomes the early build that only Patrons get. The previous "early build" becomes available to the public for free. If you become a Patron and then stop being a Patron at a later date, you'd keep the early build for the month you stopped being a Patron, but then you wouldn't have any future early builds. I hope I explained that clearly.
