We had tightened the requirements for playing this event. In addition, this is now disabled by default, and you can enable it via the console, with help the last function.
This is available in the latest downloaded versions right now.
Is this event rare? Cuz it hasn't happened to me yet and I've played alot
It is rare and at the moment does not fall out at all if it is not included.
