Bruh. Rereading that I wrote you... CROSS-SAVE and DOWNLOADING MODIFICATIONS for OUR SERVERS, that costs money. OUR SERVERS. Not discord, google drives or something like that. It's servers, that locations in Kazakhstan, Moscow and etc for way download MODS and have CLOUD SAVE/CROSS-SAVE without using your hand in ziparchiver, folders and etc. 60$ give you way download modification from game. Have cloud save, that you can use in other your devices and play, like a steam. And yes, it costs money. 

If you don't need in it, don't pay and don't use it. Why are you writing it here? Cross-save, that you mean, it's absolutely other, that I mean.
