Seems like your character is the one that is big and at wrong size. Do you remember what you did and how I can reproduce this? Edit: This can happen after using a specific facility (via interacting with it), if it helps.
The squatting issue is reported to occur at low frame rates on web, from past players, they fixed it by disabling 'High Quality' and related settings to improving performance.
