Three pixels were left unfilled, and no amount of clicking on them with either bucket selected could do anything. Without a reset button, I couldn't progress

Thanks for playing! I assure you all pixels are clickable - you do have to find the exact spot though. The first time you see the tiny individual pixels it's to train you for the next canvas with MANY more individual pixels. Appreciate the feedback and maybe I could have some tips to fullscreen or something in the description!
