Glad I had written the URL for Dice Warfare down: it allowed me to find you back and then this game! :)
Where has Dice Warfare gone?? It was apparently the same game, so I do not know if there was some renaming, but it now gives a 404 error.
Just for reference, I am putting back a possibly different version of my comment; seeing your answers to other comments, the final question asking for explanations is now moot.

Seeing the directory structure, names, filenames, and window logo, you used MonoGame to create the game! :) Just wanted to say I use it too (although not for my currently uploaded projects, but I may put up one I already have in the near future).
There is no sound, apparently; is this normal, or caused by my system? (I am asking just in case, since you answered the form that you created the music, but hey, that’s technically true. ;))
I must say I have trouble getting how to play… I understand this is pretty much Battleships[][italique], but seeing what is what is not obvious (despite the ‘Type’ indication). I guess some kind of animation or any simple visual cue would have helped. Maybe sounds would have helped too.
I do not get how to use the dice in manual mode… I understand this is drag-and-drop, but how is the player supposed to use them?
I prefer waiting for some more instructions on your part before any further reviewing. Be aware that it is perfectly legitimate and fine to explain how the game works in the comments and/or game page, so please help yourself. ;)
