Just follow this:
1: Download Love's Heart android-iOS version from your mobile.
2: Download RAR from the Play Store and use it to extract the game to any directory you like.
3: Download the JoiPlay app from the Play Store. JoiPlay is an app made to be able to play games made with RPG Maker, Renpy, etc. from your mobile. After downloading it, you will be able to add the game to a list which will be empty and play from there. Type the name of the game, the current version (which would be 0.1 for now) and it will ask you to find the game in the directory where you extracted it according to what I said in step 2. When you find it, look for a file called index.html and that is the file you have to add. Then, as an optional step, you can choose an image from your mobile to use as the game cover and to see it every time you open your JoiPlay app and access your game list. Once all this is done, you will be able to add the game to your list and play without any problem!
