I'm on browser. I can download other games but not this one for some reason. The link takes me to somewhere else and doesn't load at all, it gives a white screen with a text says 'loading'. But it never loads.
Is this when you click Run game for the browser version or when you click Download Now to try download it? Also what browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)?
