Hi Wei, thank you for playing and enjoying the game. I can confirm that I definitely doubled the number of "tooth" items in the code. It was just a single index number so it was very easy to miss :P
As of now the items are limited to 33 items, therefore if you survive that far and got them all, there will no longer be any item choices and the only move would be to spin indefinitely trying to see on how long you will survive.
I will try to continue developing this small game, (and if I do) will be sure to add a lot more in terms of end game.
