To fix this quickly (until I can permanently make sure that this never happens again) is to press Win+R then type "regedit" and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Remasuri3/Twitch integrated throwing system" and delete everything named "Screenmanager" I am still trying to figure out why this is happening
